Vibronic Level Switch – FTL33 IO-Link Application The Vibronic Level Switch – FTL33 IO-Link is a level limit switch for liquids in storage tanks, agitators and pipes which have to meet particularly high hygiene standards internally and externally. It is used in particular in areas where other measurement methods would probably fail: e.g. in the event of viscosity, build-up, turbulences, flows, air bubbles, rash temperature change when cleaning. The Liquiphant T FTL33 is a level limit switch for liquids in storage tanks, agitators and pipes which have to meet particularly high hygiene standards internally and externally. It is used in particular in areas where other measurement methods would probably fail: e.g. in the event of viscosity, build-up, turbulences, flows, air bubbles, rash temperature change when cleaning. Benefits Easy to install even at points difficult to access due to compact design CIP and SIP cleanability ensured Available in both Ra<0.8um and Ra<1.5um LED indicator showing status FTL50H/FTL51H Application The Liquiphant M FTL50H/FTL51H is a level limit switch for use in all liquids – for temperatures of –40 °C to 150 °C. – for pressures up to 64 bar – for viscosity up to 10000 mm2/s – for densities 0.5 g/cm3 or 0.7 g/cm3 The function is not affected by flow, turbulence, bubbles, foam, vibration, bulk solids content or build-up. The Liquiphant is thus the ideal substitute for float switches. Benefits PROFIBUS PA No calibration: quick, low-cost start-up No mechanically moving parts: no maintenance, no wear, long operating life FTW33 For use where build-up is a problem.
