LKH The LKH pump is a highly efficient and economical centrifugal pump which meets the requirements of sanitary and gentle product treatment and chemical resistance. LKH is available in thirteen sizes, LKH-5, -10,-15, -20, -25, -35, -40, -45, -50, -60, -70, -80 and -90.
The LKH pump is designed for CIP with emphasis on large internal roundings and cleanable seals.
Recommended standard configuration, (as below LKH assortment is configured)
1. With shroud in stainless steel for protection of the motor
2. Adjustable stainless steel legs to support the complete unit
3. Shaft seal alternatives:
– SSS, (Single Shaft Seal)
– FSS, (Flushed Shaft Seal)
– DMS, (Double Mechanical Seal)
4. Shaft seal material; C/SIC (rotating seal rings in carbon and stationary surfaces in silicon carbide)
5. Other seals in EPDM
6. Full size impeller, should always be considered when using speed control
7. Impeller screw, this is a security screw that prevents the impeller to fall off
when motor is running in wrong direction

SolidCThe SolidC pump is designed for standard duty applications, like pumping CIP (Cleaning In Place) solutions, utilities, water (processing, heating, cooling), washing machines, and simple transport duty within working range. SolidC is suited for use in the food, dairy, beverage, personal care, pharmaceutical, light chemical and water industries. The SolidC pump consists of a standard motor, stub shaft, mechanical compression coupling, adaptor, back plate, impeller, pump casing and shaft seal.
The SolidC pump is designed for CIP with emphasis on large internal roundings and cleanable seals. SolidC has a stainless steel shroud for protection of the motor, and the complete unit is supported on four adjustable legs. The SolidC pump is equipped with either an external single or a flushed shaft seal. Both have stationary seal rings in acid-resistant steel AISI 329 with sealing surface in silicon carbide and rotating seal rings in carbon. LKH
The LKH pump is a highly efficient and economical centrifugal pump which meets the requirements of sanitary and gentle product treatment and chemical resistance. LKH is available in thirteen sizes, LKH-5, -10,-15, -20, -25, -35, -40, -45, -50, -60, -70, -80 and -90.
The LKH pump is designed for CIP with emphasis on large internal roundings and cleanable seals.
Recommended standard configuration, (as below LKH assortment is configured)
1. With shroud in stainless steel for protection of the motor
2. Adjustable stainless steel legs to support the complete unit
3. Shaft seal alternatives:
– SSS, (Single Shaft Seal)
– FSS, (Flushed Shaft Seal)
– DMS, (Double Mechanical Seal)
4. Shaft seal material; C/SIC (rotating seal rings in carbon and stationary surfaces in silicon carbide)

SolidC The SolidC pump is designed for standard duty applications, like pumping CIP (Cleaning In Place) solutions, utilities, water (processing, heating, cooling), washing machines, and simple transport duty within working range. SolidC is suited for use in the food, dairy, beverage, personal care, pharmaceutical, light chemical and water industries. The SolidC pump consists of a standard motor, stub shaft, mechanical compression coupling, adaptor, back plate, impeller, pump casing and shaft seal.
The SolidC pump is designed for CIP with emphasis on large internal roundings and cleanable seals. SolidC has a stainless steel shroud for protection of the motor, and the complete unit is supported on four adjustable legs. The SolidC pump is equipped with either an external single or a flushed shaft seal. Both have stationary seal rings in acid-resistant steel AISI 329 with sealing surface in silicon carbide and rotating seal rings in carbon. The secondary seal of the flushed seal is a long lasting lip seal. LKH-Multistage LKH-110 and -120/P are highly efficient and economical multistage centrifugal pumps, which meet the requirements of sanitary and gentle product treatment and chemical resistance. Both the LKH-110 and the LKH-120/P are available in 3 sizes, LKH-112, – 113, -114 and LKH-122/P, -123/P, -124/P respectively, for 2, 3 and 4 stages. LKH-110 and -120/P consist of a motor, stub shaft with key, mechanical compression coupling, adaptor, back plate, impellers, pump casing, intermediate casing (3 or 4 stage), pump cover, impeller screw and shaft seal. The pumps are designed for CIP with emphasis on large internal roundings and cleanable seals. The sanitary versions of LKH-110 and -120/P have stainless steel shrouds for protection of the motor, and the complete unit is supported on four adjustable stainless steel legs. The pumps can be fitted with two types of mechanical seals: Single internal seal Flushed seal Sic/C material combination, outlet pressure up to 20 bar Sic/Sic material combination, outlet pressure up to 40 bar Both seal types have stationary seal rings of silicon carbide and rotating seal rings of carbon or silicon carbide. The secondary seal of the flushed seal is a long lasting lip seal. FM-OS Centrifugal pump FM-OS is designed for use in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries where acid-resistant steel is resistant to the products to be pumped. All product wetted parts, ie. pump casing, impeller and pump shaft, are made of acid-resistant steel 1.4404 (316L). Screws, yoke and nuts are made of stainless steel 1.4301 (304). Seals are made of Nitrile (NBR). Mechanical single or flushed seal with stationary seal ring of acid-resistant steel AISI 329 with sealing surface of silicon carbid and with rotating seal ring of carbon.
GM The GM centrifugal pump is specially designed for food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries where acid resistant steel is resistant to the products to be pumped. GM-1, GM-2: Pump casing and shaft of acid-resistant steel 1.4404 (316L). Impeller of glass fibre reinforced nylon (max. 80ºC). Studbolts and nuts for pump casing of stainless steel 1.4301 (304). Adaptor and collets of plastic. GM-1A, GM-2A: As GM-1 and GM-2, but impeller of acid resistant steel 1.4404 (316L), nuts and yoke of stainless steel 1.4301 (304) and adaptor of cast iron. Seals are made of Nitrile (NBR). Mechanical single seal with stationary seal ring of acid-resistant steel AISI 329 with sealing surface of silicon carbide, and with rotating seal ring of carbon.
